Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
We do not currently accept exchange orders. The item would need to be returned for a refund and a new order would need to be placed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Return processing is within 1-2 business days from arrival.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
