1. What sizes do you carry?
We offer a range of sizes depending on the style. Most items run S–XL, and select styles may run oversized or fitted. Size recommendations are listed on each product page.
2. How do I know if an item runs true to size?
We include fit notes in each product description. If an item runs small, large, or stretchy, we’ll let you know so you can choose the perfect size. We always recommend checking the size charts provided.
3. Do you restock sold-out items?
We restock customer favorites when possible! You can click “Notify Me” on the product page to get an alert if the item comes back.
4. Are your items good quality?
Yes — all pieces are hand-selected with comfort, style, and durability in mind.
Shipping
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.
6. Do you offer express shipping?
Not yet — but we plan to add it soon! Standard shipping is currently offered on all U.S. orders.
7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
8. Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery as long as items are:

Sale items and accessories are final sale.
10. How do I start a return?
Simply email us at Info@AshandAudrey.com with your order number. We’ll walk you through the quick process.
11. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time but are hoping to in the near future. Join our email listing to receive the most up to date information on this.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, ShopPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
13. Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be used during auto applied sitewide sales.
14. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available and delivered instantly by email.
Product Care
15. How do I care for my clothing?
Most items can be machine washed on cold and tumble dry low or hung to dry. Always check the tag for specific care instructions.
16. Will my item shrink?
To avoid shrinking, avoid high-heat drying. We recommend flat or hang drying whenever possible.
