Shipping and Delivery
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We make every attempt to ship all orders within 3-5 business days or by the quoted shipping time given by our vendors. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on product availability, vendor processing times, and your location. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the carrier retrieves the package from us or our vendors.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via your preferred communication method (email or text). Please note that some items may ship separately depending on their fulfillment location, so you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

We make every effort to include care instructions on each product’s page, along with details about the fabric or materials used. Please be sure to check the item description for the best way to care for your purchase and keep it looking its best.
Returns and Store Credit
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for providing a non-refundable return shipping label. Please note, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returned items must be in original condition — unworn, free from discoloration, damage, odors (such as perfume or signs of wear), and must have all original tags attached (if applicable). Items marked as non-refundable are not eligible for return and will be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. At this time, we do not offer store credit.
We do not currently offer store credit at this time. However, we hope to introduce store credit as an option—with a waived restocking fee—in the near future.
